What happens if I use metal chasis in my clay object and cook them together?

You can re-heat the polymer clay many times. It will soften so that you can re-shape the sculpture. Just keep in mind that if you already put a finish on it, the finish could burn.

If you embed metal inside the polymer clay and heat it at the same time, the metal and clay will expand and contract at different rates. This might cause cracks in the sculpture.
