The Sweet Shop is hollow inside. The windows can be drilled if you want to light it up. Paint set and 2 glitters are included. It has brush but I would get some better brushes. It comes in a gift box similar to the one the Train Depot is in. This is a hard to find collectable item. 4" x 4" x 4 3/4".
