Shipping and Return Policies

Statuary Place shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the item. The rates are directly retrieved from FedEx and USPS.

Local pickup is available at our retail store for free. Just choose the Store Pickup (Walk In) option during checkout, and your item will be ready by the next business day. This option is available to local customers. Some items that are too large or heavy for shipping will show local Store Pickup as the only delivery option.

Shipping orders will be packaged and given to the carrier typically within 1-3 business days. Plastercraft is an exception. Houses and similar items could take longer to prepare for shipping since these items are fragile and are carefully packaged.

You will receive a shipping notification email when the items are given to USPS or FedEx.

FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes; please choose USPS if you have a PO Box without a street address.

Any customs fees due on International Shipping orders are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees may need to be paid to your Postal service before delivery of your item, and are charged by your carrier, not by Statuary Place.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund. Please Contact Us to let us know that you are returning the item. The original cost of the item will be refunded minus the shipping portion.
